2. Licensing and Regulatory Status
Golden Pier Hospitality Pty Ltd is fully licensed to conduct hotel, restaurant and entertainment operations under the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 (Vic) and the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 (Vic). Our casino hotel entertainment areas operate exclusively under the framework of a venue operator's licence, governed and periodically audited by the Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation (VCGLR).
Additionally, we hold an Australian Financial Services (AFS) requirement exemption for payment processing, but are fully compliant with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS v4.0) regarding all cardholder data we interact with during booking transactions.

3. Responsible Service of Alcohol and Gaming
Perkharbor is committed to Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG). Every staff member involved in the serving of alcohol has completed the accredited RSA course recognised by the Victorian Commission. Any associate working in our casino gambling rooms, either as a dealer, host or floor manager, has successfully undergone the RSG certification as required by state law.
We strictly prohibit the provision of alcohol to persons under 18 years and the supply of alcohol to persons displaying signs of severe intoxication. Entry into gambling areas is permitted only after ID verification, and self-excluded players who attempt access will be immediately removed and reported to the appropriate regulatory body. Mandatory signage, support pamphlets and contact information for Gambler's Help are visible in multiple locations within all Perkharbor entertainment environments.

Perkharbor places great importance on the confidence of our customers and community. If a complaint arises in relation to our accommodation, event, cuisine or gaming operations, please first contact our Duty Manager — where possible this leads to a rapid settlement on site.
- Internal Escalation: all grievances submitted during a visit or through the website complaint form receive a formal acknowledgement within 48 hours.
- Consumer Affairs Victoria: if our response is not satisfactory after 21 days, you may approach Consumer Affairs Victoria (CAV) for free independent advice and possible conciliation.
