1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user, and Perkharbor. Access to and use of our website at perkharbor.pro and all services supplied under the Perkharbor brand — including accommodation bookings at 833 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, reservation of event tickets, or any other hospitality facilities — shall be governed by the terms set forth below. By continuing to browse or by completing a reservation through our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted all clauses outlined herein.

2. Eligibility and Use of Website

Our services are intended strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age or older to make a booking or to attend any of our events at the casino hotel resort. Your use of the website must comply with all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations.

• You agree that you will not misuse the website content, reproduce any proprietary material without written consent, or interfere with the security and operation of our digital infrastructure.
• You warrant that all information distributed through account registration, including your name, email address and payment method, is accurate, up to date and truthful.
• The Perkharbor website provides a reservation platform for our rooms, packages and entertainment. It must not be used to make speculative, false or fraudulent reservations.

3. Reservations and Cancellation Policy

All bookings at Perkharbor casino hotel resort are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee a reservation, except where a mandatory prepayment option has been selected.

• Standard Bookings: You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date. If you cancel within the 48-hour window, a fee equivalent to one night's room rate plus applicable taxes will be charged.
• Non-Refundable Rates: Certain promotional packages indicate a non-refundable status. In these cases the total amount is charged at booking time and is not refundable under any circumstance.
• Group Bookings: Different terms may apply to group reservations containing more than five rooms or event venue hire. Our events team will provide you with a separate written agreement.

Late arrivals or no-shows will incur the first night's room rate unless you have communicated an expected late check-in time that our reception has acknowledged in writing.

4. Responsible Gaming & Code of Conduct

Perkharbor promotes an environment of safe and responsible entertainment. Our casino hotel environment operates under licence issued by relevant Victorian authorities. All guests entering gaming areas must be aged 18 years or over and present valid identification upon request.

• We reserve the right to refuse entry or service to any individual who appears intoxicated, behaves aggressively, or is otherwise considered to cause risk to our other guests or staff.
• Perkharbor will not serve individuals prohibited under the Australian self-exclusion scheme or the Victorian Responsible Gambling Foundation register.

5. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perkharbor, its directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of data or interruption of business arising out of the use of our website or services.

If you cause a technical disruption of our site or infringe the rights of another user, you agree to indemnify Perkharbor and hold it harmless from all claims, damages, losses and expenses (including legal fees) that arise from your breach of these Terms & Conditions.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be interpreted and governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Melbourne, Victoria.

Perkharbor reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with a revised date at the top. It is your responsibility to review this section periodically to stay informed.
